Do you have what it takes to make a difference for Alkemi Clean and our clients? Here’s what you’ll need to do to succeed.

  • learn and use our specific eco-friendly cleaning methods. You won't find us using harsh commercial cleaners. If you dig essential oils, you'll love learning how our proprietary blends work to create cleaner, calmer, safer homes.
  • have high standards for job performance. If you're careful, responsible, trustworthy, reliable, and efficient, you'll do well here.
  • have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Most people first hire us for our commitment to the environment or because of our great reviews. Then they keep hiring us because we care, and it shows through every single interaction with our clients.
  • be dependable. Our clients trust us to show up on time, take care of their belongings, and turn their homes into havens. We take that responsibility seriously.
  • be available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We’re looking for team members who are available to work 30 to 40 hours each week, including some weekends. We do our best to design a schedule that satisfies both you and our clients.

  • be willing to make a long-term commitment. We invest a lot in training you to be the best, so if you’re looking for a short-term gig, this might not be the right fit. We're growing, and we need you! If you're hardworking and ready to take on an entry-level position with excellent benefits and growth potential, this opportunity is for you. Here's what you can expect as a cleaner for Alkemi.

  • Skill up! About 80 hours of paid 1-on-1 personalized training.
  • Earn $18 to $22+ per hour after training.
  • You'll have the opportunity to earn GREAT TIPS FROM DAY ONE.
  • After 90 days, you’ll be eligible for health and retirement benefits.
  • Periodic bonus pay!
