- learn and use our specific eco-friendly cleaning methods. You won't find us using harsh commercial cleaners. If you dig essential oils, you'll love learning how our proprietary blends work to create cleaner, calmer, safer homes.
- have high standards for job performance. If you're careful, responsible, trustworthy, reliable, and efficient, you'll do well here.

- be available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We’re looking for team members who are available to work 30 to 40 hours each week, including some weekends. We do our best to design a schedule that satisfies both you and our clients.

- Skill up! About 80 hours of paid 1-on-1 personalized training.
- Earn $18 to $22+ per hour after training.
- You'll have the opportunity to earn GREAT TIPS FROM DAY ONE.
- After 90 days, you’ll be eligible for health and retirement benefits.
- Periodic bonus pay!
