SCHEDULING POLICY
Alkemi Clean is delighted to serve you and offer a cleaning schedule that best meets your needs depending on our availability to do so. In scheduling us to provide service for you, please acknowledge the following:

Alkemi Clean’s first appointment of the day typically starts between 8:30am and 9:30am. We schedule morning arrival times as needed to best suit the needs of our clients and team members. We will attempt to notify you if your cleaner will arrive 30 minutes or more off schedule. We appreciate your flexibility!

We do not guarantee a particular arrival time. We do our best to schedule in a way that suits everyone's needs, without forcing our team members to wait in between jobs or to clean past 5pm. All ETAs are estimated.

We will not give your time slot away once set, but we do ask for flexibility within your preferred time slot to allow us to create an efficient work flow. I.e. if we normally arrive around 12:00 to 1:00 for your appointment but need to instead arrive around 2:00. Please let us know during your estimate or at least your initial scheduling call of any time constraints, such as children arriving from school or taking naps, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For short term rentals, commercial clients, or any other situation with a specified window for cleaning (i.e. nighttime or after hours), please make sure we are clear on your specific needs.

Alkemi Clean will attempt to communicate the most accurate expected time of arrival possible (i.e. “between 1:00pm and 2:00pm”), but all appointments are subject to an “arrival window” as described above. We can also provide an “on the way” SMS text message letting you know we are on the way.

Your satisfaction is always our chief concern and we will always attempt to arrive for your appointment as close to your preferred time as possible, within the constraints described above.
- Our livelihood depends upon keeping every appointment we set, however, we are human and sometimes circumstances arise in which we are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. If this happens, we will let you know immediately. If possible, we may offer a rescheduled appointment.
