Alkemi Clean is delighted to serve you and offer a cleaning schedule that best meets your needs depending on our availability to do so. In scheduling us to provide service for you, please acknowledge the following:
Alkemi Clean’s first appointment of the day is at 9:00am. We guarantee our arrival within 10 minutes of this time barring unforeseen circumstances or excess travel time. We will notify you as quickly as possible if we are unable to arrive within 10 minutes of this time.
For our second and third appointments of the day, we do not guarantee a particular arrival time. Depending on the length of jobs scheduled, the second job of the day may typically begin any time between 10:30am and 1:00pm, while the third job of the day may typically begin any time between 1:00pm and 3:30pm. These are examples of typical situations only.
Pursuant to the above, we offer one of 3 daytime slots depending on our availability. First of day, mid day, or end of day. We will not give your time slot away once set, but we do ask for flexibility within your preferred time slot to allow us to create an efficient work flow. I.e. if we normally arrive around 2:00 to 2:30 for your appointment but need to instead arrive around 3:30. Please let us know during your estimate or at least your initial scheduling call of any time constraints, such as children arriving from school or taking naps, and we will work to accommodate. For short term rentals, commercial clients, or any other situation with a specified window for cleaning (i.e. nighttime or after hours), please make sure we are clear on your specific needs.
Alkemi Clean will attempt to communicate the most accurate expected time of arrival possible (i.e. “between 1:00pm and 2:00pm”), but you acknowledge that all appointments are subject to an “arrival window” as described above. We can also provide an “on the way” SMS text message letting you know we are on the way if requested.
Employee retention is key to providing excellent service to our clients, and an agreeable work experience is key to employee retention. Therefore, please acknowledge that all appointments are scheduled in such a way that team members are not left sitting or with a “forced break” in the day. This is out of respect for our team members and their time. All daytime appointments are scheduled in such a way that we can reasonably expect to be finished by 5:00pm barring unforeseen circumstances or prior arrangements. This typically allows our teams to be finished with their end-of-day responsibilities by 5:30pm.
Your satisfaction is always our chief concern and we will always attempt to arrive for your appointment as close to your preferred time as possible, within the constraints described above.
